Refunds

• Only offered for items that arrive damaged.

• Request within 7 days of delivery.

• Email hello@byaniam.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos showing the damage

If approved, we’ll refund your original payment method or offer store credit.

Exchanges

• Accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in original packaging.

• You can choose store credit or refund to your original payment method.

• Customer covers return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Digital products
No refunds or exchanges once downloaded.
