We ship worldwide from both the USA and Colombia.

Processing times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Delivery times

• 🇺🇸 USA Domestic: 5 business days (often sooner)

• 🇨🇴 Colombia Domestic: 5 business days (often sooner)

• 🌍 International: 8–12 business days depending on location (customs may cause delays)

Delivery estimates do not include processing time.

Customs, duties & taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by their country. These are not included in product prices or shipping costs.

All orders include tracking, emailed to you when your package ships.
